Indeed, Tart’s Knicker Drawer wears its tongue-in-cheek moniker as a badge of pride, reveling in the thick cloud of big, powdery florals and spices and musky, rich base notes with a seductive confidence. If you’re the type of person who can tell someone that you’re wearing a fragrance named Tart’s Knicker Drawer, then you’re also the type who can pull off something this big, beautiful and fun.
